Do you wish to recharge yourself in a beautiful tropical and energetic place and recover balance in body, mind & soul? It is possible with this yogaretreat in Amaresa Resort at Koh Phangan in Thailand. The retreat is from May 28th until June 2nd 2012 (Full moon party June 5th). Six days relaxing and recreation with outdoor yoga, inclusive an afternoon deep relaxing yoga nidrasession.

There are enough possibilities for meditation, energetic therapy and massages. Also plenty free time for leisure or have a daytrip, like snorkeling, hiking, visit a waterfall or one of many Buddhist temples, everything is optional. And of course the welcoming lovely people, delicious food, sun, beach & ocean!

Reistip:
Je kunt het vliegtuig vanaf Bangkok naar Koh Samui nemen en vanaf daar met een Ferry naar Koh Phangan of met een nachttrein vanaf Bangkok naar Surat Thani en met de ferry oversteken. Je kunt ook je verblijf verlengen en de populaire Full Moon party meemaken!
